Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse the store and add any items that you wish to buy to the shopping cart. After you have finished your selections, click on 'Proceed To Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we require to complete your order. If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, please contact us and we will correct the mistake.
You will be sent a confirmation by e-mail to indicate that we have received your order. This does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Shipping And Handling
Your order will typically ship within 2-3 working days of receipt of full payment and shipping costs. For your security we will only ship customer orders to the verified credit card billing address.
Free shipping for all orders over £200
Free shipping is only available for orders shipped to addresses in the UK. Normal shipping charges apply to all other shipping destinations.
Orders shipped within UK
Orders within the UK are shipped by Royal Mail Signed For 2nd Class. First Class, Express and overnight shipping will cost extra and are available by request.
Orders shipped outside UK
Orders shipped outside of the UK will incur international shipping charges and will be sent by Royal Mail International Standard (no tracking) or Royal Mail International Signed (with tracking). The customer is responsible for customs duty as well as the cost of shipping to their destination and full insurance if required.
International Standard is inclusive of compensation of up to £20. This means if your parcel is lost in transit you will only be compensated for up to £20.
International Signed is inclusive of compensation up to £50. If your order value is more than £50 (excluding shipping), please select the second tracked option that costs an extra £2.50 and offers compensation of up to £250.
Shipping insurance is the responsibility of the buyer. Lovin' My Bags is not liable for merchandise that is lost by the carrier.
Please allow up to 2 business days for UK orders and 3-5 business days for shipping to the EU. International deliveries will normally take 5-10 business days depending on location. You must inform us within two working days of the expected delivery date if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.
You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.
If the item you want is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Lovin' My Bags makes every effort to show merchandise as accurately as possible. While we do our utmost to accurately describe our merchandise, variations can occur due to different containers, packaging or labeling. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions. We can provide additional photos upon request.
If you are unhappy with your purchase you may return the item for a full refund of the amount paid minus the applicable shipping charges within 7 days of purchase. Please e-mail us within 24 hours of receiving your item to notify us of your intent. We must receive notification that you have posted the item back to us within 48 hours of your email. Your refund will be issued within 30 days of receipt of the item.
All items must be returned in exactly the same condition it was received, i.e. unused, undamaged, and with any tags still attached. You will be responsible for return shipping charges. Shipping should include a tracking number and the package must be signed for at our end. Most importantly, the package should be labelled "RETURNED GOODS" on all forms required and on the outer packaging in big bold letters to ensure it is not missed. Otherwise, customs duty may be charged (for overseas orders) and this will be deducted from the amount credited. We will not be held responsible for returned items that are lost or not delivered. These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future.
Lovin' My Bags accepts payments through PayPal only. You will be redirected to the PayPal website where you need to log in and complete the transaction. Payment is due IMMEDIATELY. The item will remain available to other customers until payment is received. If we do not receive payment within 24 hours of sending you the invoice, your order will be cancelled.
